Warranty and terms
- Custom builds take 15 - 20 working days, but can take longer depending on the amount of custom work on the schedule.
- All S&H Custom bicycles are provided with a 1 year workmanship guarantee.
- A copy of the original invoice will be required for all exchanges and warranty repair requests.
Frames and parts
- We use found steel frames & parts i.e. second hand. We inspect these items to ensure that they are structurally intact and safe.
- Each bicycle built by us is unique.
- We may use a mix of used, NOS (new old stock) and new/modern parts.
- Some bicycles will have used parts that are still regarded functional and safe.
Colours and Rust
- All bicycles are professionally spray painted.
- Colours will fade if left outdoors for prolonged durations.
- Rust may occur if left outdoors for prolonged durations.
- To avoid fading and rust, we recommend that all bicycles are kept out of the rain and away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Fading of colour is not covered under warranty.
Ride safe
- Regular maintenance of all bicycles is highly recommended.
- We recommend that all bicycles be serviced by a professional mechanic at least once a year.
- Please check the tyre pressure at least once a week, pumped to the recommended level.
- If your local bicycle shop cannot provide the parts or accessories you need for your S&H Custom build, please contact us for assistance.
- We highly recommend riders always wear helmets when riding.
